Kit is complete with all parts and materials to upgrade your FlightCom headset with state of the art ANR technology.
Note: Supplemental instructions are included for 4DX and 5DX models. Kit installation is fairly easy after the original wiring is disconnected. After this is done, installation is as simple as typical David Clark headset expect the wire color coding may be different. A multimeter is helpful in determing correct wire connections. (See diagram below for FlightCom 4DX and 5DX models.

It is necessary to have a good quality of ear seals to create the airtight environment necessary for the ANR system to function properly. The FlightCom foam/oil filled ear seals are are of sufficient quality to be compatible with our ANR system. However, the life expectancy of these ear seals are one year or less and must be changed often. Therefore if they are have hardened, you will experience problems with sealing of these ear seals. Consider replacing them with our Gel Ear Seals or SoftSealÆ.
