Shipping and Handling Policy
Shipping Policy:
Once your order for products is received, your order will normally be shipped with 24 hours (except for holidays and weekends.) For installation and repair orders, your headset or helmet will be shipped within 3-5 days (not including holidays and weekends.)
Insurance:
Orders over $50.00 in value are insured for your protection as well as ours at no additional cost to you.
Shipping and Handling Options:
- USPS Priority Mail:
- Orders over $75 - Free!
- Orders less than $75, add $5 for shipping and handling.
- UPS, FedEx or other overnight delivery service:
- Get an estimate of the cost of shipment from FedEx Rates or UPS Rates.
- Indicate the UPS or FedEx service desired when placing your order,
- Actual shipping cost will be added to your invoice total during order processing.
- Note: Shipments made from ANR Headsets in Burlington, KY USA 41005.
One ANR kit weights approximately 1 pound and is shipped in a 9" x 8" x 4" package.
- Charge shipping charges to your UPS or FedEx account:
(1) Indicate the UPS or FedEx service desired when placing your order.
(2) Indicate your account number in the message area provided on the secure order form.
(3) Send a email to Shipping to follow up and confirm this option. Shipping charges will be deducted from your final invoice.
- International Surface Mail:
The delivery service with the best available rate is via the US Mail delivery services. Shipping fee is approximately US$15.00-20.00. Actual shipping fees plus a shipping and handling charge of $5.00, will be added to your invoice.
