Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping Policy:

Once your order for products is received, your order will normally be shipped within 1-4 days
(not including holidays and weekends.)

Shipping and Handling Options:

1. USPS Priority Mail: Flat rate of $5 for shipments within the United States..
2. UPS, FedEx or other overnight delivery service:
   • (1) Get an estimate of the cost of shipment from FedEx or UPS.
     
   • (2) Indicate the UPS or FedEx service desired when placing your order.
   • Note: Additional shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Shipments made from ANR Headsets in Burlington, KY USA 41005. ANR and CEP kits weights approximately one pound.
3. International Shipments:

   The most economical delivery service is the US Priority Mail International service. Shipment are normally received within 5-10 days after shipment. Get an estimate from the US Postal Service.

   For faster service use Fedex or UPS services as indicated above.

4. Charge shipping charges to your UPS or FedEx account:

   (1) Indicate the UPS or FedEx service desired when placing your order.
   (2) Indicate your account number in the message area provided on the secure order form.
   (3) Send a email to ANR Headsets to follow up and confirm this option. Shipping charges will be deducted from your final invoice.
